It all started with a butt blister!

In the Summer of 2014, I rode in a charity bike ride from London to Paris via Le Harve and the D-Day landing beaches. This was my first trip with consecutive days of cycling and although stunning scenery surrounded me, I couldn’t shake the pain forming… on my backside. A combination of the size and shape of my saddle as well as my knickers (who knew you shouldn’t wear knickers!), caused a nasty butt blister. I searched for a remedy that would both heal and soothe the sensitive area; however, the market was full of clinical-smelling tubs that required double-dipping. I needed a hygienic, anti-bacterial product that smelt great and wouldn’t be difficult to whip out mid-bike ride. So, I developed a bum cream with the customer in mind.
